Let's leave aside my banned account.

I don't understand one thing: my account has been banned more than three times for the same reason. I know I don't use any cheating tools
The question is, why this arbitrary banning? And if there's any doubt about our gameplay, why don't you give us a how to play that doesn't result in a ban? . . . .

Everyone plays differently; first one admin bans you, then a second, then a third. It is impossible to be 100% protected against a ban. If you are truly in the right and aren't using cheat programs, file a complaint. Your last complaint didn't include the ban notification—just create a new one and attach it.
