Hello. My in-game ID is BEN[1O]. I was banned by an administrator because I was suspected of using an aimbot or cheats. I want to clarify that I did not use any cheats or third-party software. My normal ping is around 250–270 ms, which can cause delays during gameplay and may make my movements or aiming look suspicious. I believe the ban was issued by mistake. I kindly ask you to review the situation and, if possible, remove the ban. Thank you for taking the time to review my appeal.
